Secure the Homeland Act

The "Secure the Homeland Act" is The American Eagle Party's flagship initiative to fully restore control over the United States’ borders and reinforce national sovereignty. Recognizing the dangers posed by unchecked illegal immigration, human trafficking, and drug smuggling, this act focuses on implementing a multi-layered border strategy that is both technologically advanced and legally sound. It begins with the physical reinforcement of the U.S. southern border, including strategically placed walls, fences, and smart surveillance systems—such as drones, ground sensors, and facial recognition checkpoints. The act also proposes the establishment of a merit-based immigration system that prioritizes lawful, skilled individuals who can contribute to the American economy and society. As part of enforcement, all federal and state agencies will be required to use E-Verify to prevent illegal employment. Additionally, criminal illegal aliens will face expedited deportation processes, while sanctuary cities that defy federal law will lose access to federal funding. The Act does not oppose immigration—it supports legal immigration under the rule of law. It honors America’s legacy as a nation of immigrants while drawing a hard line against abuse of the system.
